Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Prepare the jalapeños: Slice them in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds and membranes. (For less heat, remove all seeds.)
Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, cheddar jack, bacon, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth and well blended.
Fill the jalapeños: Spoon or pipe the mixture into each halved jalapeño.
Wrap them like mummies: Cut puff pastry into thin strips and wrap around each filled jalapeño, leaving a small gap for “eyes.”
Bake: Place on tray and bake for 18–20 minutes, or until pastry is golden and crisp.
Add the eyes: Once slightly cooled, stick on candy eyes or place small dots of cream cheese topped with olive bits.
Serve warm: Arrange on a platter and watch your spooky little mummies disappear fast!
