Ingredients
Method
- Prepare the Pan: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Set aside.
- Melt the Chocolate: Place the chopped white chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted. (You can also use a double boiler if preferred.)
- Spread the Chocolate: Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer about ¼ inch thick.
- Add the Toppings: Quickly sprinkle the crushed Oreos, assorted candies, and Halloween sprinkles over the surface while the chocolate is still warm. Press gently to help them stick.
- Chill to Set: Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
- Break into Pieces: Once set, lift the bark from the parchment and break it into irregular pieces. Serve on a platter or package for gifting.
Notes
Use high-quality white chocolate for the best results—baking bars melt more smoothly than chips. If you’re using candy melts instead, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil for a glossy finish. Keep your toppings ready before spreading the chocolate—white chocolate sets quickly!
