Ingredients
  

For the Dip:
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 5 tbsp salted butter softened
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder sifted
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • cups powdered sugar
For the Decorations:
  • 12 chocolate sandwich cookies Oreos, crushed
  • 6 Milano cookies
  • Black decorating icing optional, for writing on tombstones
  • ½ cup candy pumpkins

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  2. Add cocoa powder, heavy cream, and chocolate syrup. Mix until well blended.
  3. Slowly beat in powdered sugar until the dip is smooth and fluffy. Add a splash more cream if needed for consistency.
  4. Spread the dip evenly into a shallow serving dish.
  5. Sprinkle crushed Oreos over the top to resemble “dirt.”
  6. Insert Milano cookies upright into the dip as gravestones. Use black icing to write “RIP” or spooky designs if desired.
  7. Decorate with candy pumpkins around the tombstones.
  8. Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving or enjoy right away.

  • Passive time: Optional 15 minutes chilling
  • Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or extra cookies for dipping.
  • To lighten the dip, fold in whipped cream after mixing for a mousse-like texture.
